The Restaurant at Ty Newydd Leisure Park

Welcome to The Restaurant, we hope your visit is a memorable experience.

Earlier this year we made a decision to re-model our restaurant and employ a new chef. Richard Holland is an award winning chef with a number of years experience working in first class establishments in and around North Wales. He has been working with us to create new, interesting and varied menus. We would describe our food as very Welsh and interesting. Richard has brought his experience of cooking all over North Wales, looked at what local produce is available throughout the seasons and has created dishes that we feel are exciting, sustainable, tasty and will hopefully keep you coming back

All of our food is freshly prepared using locally sourced ingredients where possible. We use no artificial colours or preservatives. We are passionate about producing high quality food.

Anglesey is historically the main food producing area in Wales hence the name Môn Mam Cymru (Mother of Wales). Our meat is provided by the award winning LLechwedd Meats, fish and seafood are supplied by local fishermen when available and all our vegetables are supplied fresh.

Another way in which Ty Newydd is continually moving forward is in their response to keeping quality dining affordable. We are very mindful of the fact that customers are much more careful about how they spend their money these days. We have worked very hard to keep the dining experience here both affordable and exciting. As our menus do change regularly, we are a great place to come to as you never quite know what may be on our Special's board, and you can walk away with change in your pocket!

Our goal is to make The Restaurant the "best place to dine on Anglesey". Why not come and see what new and diverse tastes you can find. For our customers who have experienced the The Restaurant already, we hope to see you again soon.
